Shipping Policy:
Current processing times are 2 - 7 business days after an order is placed.
We normally ship out orders as fast as we can but are currently working through some updates at our warehouse so orders are delayed more than usual. Kindly bear with us while we work around the clock to fix these issues so we can offer much faster shipping very soon. We really appreciate your patience with us.For all other states, the cost of shipping depends on the weight of the items being ordered and the distance from New York and is automatically calculated for you right before you check out.
Returns policy:
All orders that have not been used or opened can be returned for a full refund for up to 30-days after the order is placed. In the event that we mistakingly send you the wrong item (which is extremely rare), we will send you a paid return label so that you can send the item back to us for your original order or a full refund.
